I'm sorry, I wish I could look into this for you, but we can't investigate ban appeals through the EA forums. Our support team can't review bans or suspensions either. The team you need is our Terms of Service team. They assist players with bans and suspensions and can investigate this for you if you send in a ban appeal.
Could you double-check that the steps you followed match the steps I've pinned at the top of this thread? Those are the steps needed to reach our Terms of Service team.
