Hello EA Team,

 

I'm experiencing a black-screen issue while playing FC Mobile.

 

My phone: Samsung Galaxy F15 5G

Game: EA SPORTS FC Mobile

Issue: During gameplay, the screen suddenly turns black, but the game continues running in the background. After a few minutes, the display returns to normal.

 

This issue happens only in FC Mobile, not in other games. My phone temperature is normal.

 

I have attached a gameplay recording as evidence.

 

Please investigate this issue and fix it in the next update.
