Fc mobile bug

I want to use 4 players for shards—3 worth 5k shards each, and 1 worth 3.5k. I’ve removed them from my team and the bench, but when I go to the shards section to add them, it won’t let me. It shows them as still being in a lineup. I’ve checked to make sure I don’t have an extra team or that I’m not signed up for any challenges—I’m not registered for anything and I don’t have another team—but it still doesn’t work.
