Fc mobile captain shards

So look in fc mobile I had 1476 or1475 captains shards left i was gonna buy a player but the downtime start it kicked me out and now I wasted almost 500 fc point on that and u can check my account the shard was there then it kicked me out then the downtime started i need a refund or something like fc points back i dont have any screenshot but u can check my fc mobile acc and history and stuff please message me back as soon as possible thank u
