Fc mobile community
I want to report an issue that I believe deserves serious attention because it affects the FC Mobile community as a whole.
The “This app is not compatible with your device” message can prevent players from even downloading or playing FC Mobile on their phones. I understand that there are technical limitations and that the game needs certain hardware and software requirements to run properly. However, I believe there should be a better way of handling compatibility issues than completely preventing players from accessing the game.
FC Mobile has a huge community, and not everyone has access to expensive or high-end phones. Some players use older or budget devices, but that does not mean they should automatically be excluded from the game. Many of these players have spent years building their teams, participating in events, making friends, and being part of the FC Mobile community.
I am asking EA to please investigate whether the compatibility system is correctly identifying devices that can run the game. If a device is capable of running FC Mobile at lower graphics settings, perhaps players could be given the option to use reduced graphics, lower FPS, or other performance settings instead of being completely blocked from playing.
I also believe that compatibility requirements should be as accurate and transparent as possible. Players should know exactly why their device is considered incompatible and whether there is anything they can do to improve performance.
I am not reporting this because I personally have this issue right now. I am bringing it up because I care about the FC Mobile community and believe everyone should have a fair opportunity to enjoy the game. FC Mobile should not only be accessible to people who can afford the newest and most powerful phones.
Please consider investigating this issue and looking for ways to allow more devices to run FC Mobile safely and properly. Even if a device cannot run the game at maximum settings, giving players a lower-quality performance option would mean a lot to many people.
I hope EA can look into this and consider the players who may be affected. FC Mobile is more than just a game to many people—it is a community, and I believe everyone who meets the actual technical requirements should have a chance to be part of it.
