Fc mobile does not open properly

Today i try to open fifa mobile on my samsung but... game load on mobile, then i choose something But does not open at all. I uninstall and reinstall, But does not work. I have account.

    Can you take a screenshot of how far you can get into the game before it doesn't respond when you choose something? Are you able to play game modes?
