FC Mobile Error - gold Razer gift card

Hello I need help redeeming my code for 598 sliver in FC Mobile I bought the gold Razer gift card and redeemed my gold Razer coins when I bought 499 liver added with 99 sliver package I got the code and tried redeeming it on the official website EA SPORTS FC Mobile Website but it said “The code is invalid or has expired.
Please enter a valid code and try again.” I Just Bought it like 2 minutes ago I would like if you could help me solve this problem.
