Fc mobile Extra time Star Scout

Please note i have experienced an bug that saying sorry something went wrong make me unable to enjoy this mode so please fix it 

I'm not able to do Star Scout. It's saying an error has occurred. Anyone else facing the issue?

My star scout is not working . If I press revile they are saying something went wrong try again later and also the refresh button is not working.i tried to clear crash the game its saying the same thing I am try this about 7 hours but it's not working 

I can't open star scout and saying that to try again later but after trying for a while again saying that something went wrong try again later.

yesterday I opened the new star scout but I didn't take anything because of shortage of extra time token but in the event it told us that it will refresh at a time that's why I didn't refresh.Now I am trying to reveal the items but it showing something went wrong try again later.On the other hand the refresh button also not working.EA you told that it will refresh after time.thats why I didn't refresh it. so why I am not enjoying the event also my all players are wasted if you are not fix this.
