FC Mobile freezes after every match on my account

Hello EA Support,

I'm having an issue with EA SPORTS FC Mobile.

I recently reinstalled the game and logged into my original account using the same email. My team and progress were restored successfully.

However, every time I finish a match, the game freezes on the loading screen after the final whistle. It never returns to the main menu, so I don't receive my rewards or continue playing. This happens after every match, regardless of the game mode.

I'm playing on a Vivo Y27s. I've already tried reinstalling the game, but the problem is still there.

Could you please help me fix this issue?
