My FC Mobile guest account gets stuck at 100% loading in VS/H2H and cannot enter the match. Facebook account works but guest account does not. I tried cache clear, reinstall and different internet but the issue remains. Please help fix this problem.
I am experiencing a persistent technical issue with my EA FC Mobile account. When I try to open the game, the loading screen gets stuck completely at 100% and the game does not start.
I have already tried several troubleshooting steps, including:
Clearing the game cache and data.
Reinstalling the game.
Checking and optimizing my internet connection.
Unfortunately, none of these steps resolved the problem, and it seems to be an issue related to my account data or synchronization.

Please help fix the problem

Try changing your theme in logo settings. That worked for me.

I had to change theme, in logo options and that fixed my issue. Seems theme causes the game to freeze in loading screen.
This is happening to me and been like this since playstyle update and losing stars everytime i try to play as the says it fixed
**bleep** help us today or we are leaving this **bleep** game forever im losing my money my progress and everything cuz of ur **bleep** bugs and sick glitches, plus to all of that ive been trying to reach a **bleep** person to help and noone is even there .. where your spending everyone money if u cant even hire someone to fix these problems for people??
