FC Mobile Kit Selection Bug – Away Kit Always Appears Instead of Home Kit

Dear EA SPORTS FC Mobile Support Team,

I hope you are doing well.

I would like to report a possible bug in EA SPORTS FC Mobile regarding team kit selection during matches.

Whenever I start a match, the game almost always assigns me the away kit, while the home kit appears very rarely. Sometimes, I have to play 5–6 consecutive matches using the same away kit, which makes the gameplay experience repetitive. A few of my friends have also experienced the same issue, so I am wondering whether this is a known bug or a problem with the current kit selection system.

For example, even if I manually switch FC Barcelona’s home kit and away kit, the game still uses the kit that was originally assigned as the away kit. Changing which kit is designated as home or away does not seem to resolve the issue. The game continues to use the same away kit instead of properly following my selection.

Could you please investigate whether this is a bug and consider improving the kit selection system?

My suggestion: It would be great if FC Mobile introduced a manual kit selection option similar to the one available in the PlayStation/console version of EA SPORTS FC. This would allow players to choose their preferred home and away kits before starting a match, rather than having the game repeatedly assign the same kit.

I believe this feature would give players more control over their match experience and make the game more enjoyable, especially for those who like using their favourite clubs' home kits.
