Fc mobile loading

So i got Fc mobile 2 days ago and it’s been working fine and I clicked on it today and yesterday and it goes on this screen and Yh it just stays on that screen for minutes and like I want to play

    Are you playing on iOS or on Android?

    Also, just to check, did you have your account linked, or are you playing on a guest account?
