FC Mobile LOGIN FAILED 0x00000001

FC Mobile gives me LOGIN FAILED 0x00000001 on my HONOR LLY-LX2 (Android 14), and I also get the 0x20820000 configuration error. I tried Wi-Fi, mobile data, VPN, reinstalling, and clearing data. Please help me fix this.
