Fc mobile midseason rewards bug

On the midseason celebration section after completing all the task there should be a button to claim the last reward but for some reason after completing all of them, the last reward become the check mark as if i already collected it but i dont even get the rewards at all. this bug has been happening to me since day 2 of the event and i've been missing 3 days last rewards because of this bug. am i the only one experiencing this bug or has anyone experiencing the same thing?

    Thanks for reporting this. Once all of the daily Mid-Season Playoffs Celebration tasks are completed, the final reward is granted automatically, so there is no separate Claim button. The check mark indicates that the reward has been processed.

    We understand this can be confusing, especially when there isn't a clear reward-claim animation or confirmation. Thanks for raising it and for sharing the details.

    Same here, i didn't receive 2nd 3rd and 4th day rewards while it is showing claimed.

    I should get 2 ticket but I only recieve 1 ticket. It means there is a bug where the final level gift isn't being recievedrecieved

    I have completed all the tasks for Day 1 through 4 and was able to claim the task specific rewards for each of the tasks mentioned. HOWEVER, the Day reward(claimable after completing all the tasks for the particular day) is being tick marked or rather marked as claimed, but no resources are added to my account.

    I did the activity and the 1000 gems and draft voucher I was supposed to get just came up with a tick like I already claimed it pls refund me

    Well for me, after completing the last task, i didnt received the final rewards whatsoever, i even make sure to check my resources beforehand to make sure the final rewards is claimed after completing the final task. pls report this issue to ea so they can fix this bug and give us proper compensation for those who didnt get to claim their final rewards.
