FC Mobile Purchase Error 20005 – 20 Champions O

Hello EA Support,

I’m having an issue with purchasing a specific offer in FC Mobile on iPhone.

The 20 Champions offer cannot be purchased. When I try to buy it, I receive this message:

“Purchase Failed. Sorry, the transaction was unsuccessful. Please sign in to your app store account and try again.”

Support Code: 20005 | CvDsCAKW5X4

Other offers in the store can be purchased normally, so this issue appears to affect this specific offer. I have already completely closed and reopened FC Mobile, but the problem is still happening.

Could you please check whether there is an issue with this offer or my account and help me fix it?
