FC Mobile Redeem Code Email Issue

 I want to report an issue: I have an account linked to Google or FC Mobile, but whenever I try to enter the code, I have to enter my email address again.

    Hi there. If this is about an FC Mobile redeem code, the redemption page uses your EA Account. Please make sure you sign in with the same EA Account and email address that is linked to FC Mobile in the game.
