FC Mobile sends my OMIX X6 to the lock screen when I touch the screen

Hello,

 

I am having a serious issue with FC Mobile on my OMIX X6.

 

The game opens normally, but as soon as I touch the screen anywhere in the game, my phone immediately goes to the lock screen. After unlocking the phone and returning to FC Mobile, the same thing happens again when I touch the screen.

 

The problem only happens in FC Mobile. Other games and apps work normally, and the touchscreen works correctly outside of FC Mobile.

 

Device information:

 

- Model: OMIX X6

- Android version: Android 13

- RAM: 6 GB

- Storage: 128 GB

- CPU: Unisoc T616

- GPU: Mali-G57

 

I have already tried:

 

- Updating Android and Google Play system

- Updating FC Mobile

- Clearing the game's cache

- Force stopping the game

- Restarting the phone

- Reinstalling FC Mobile

- Disabling battery restrictions for FC Mobile

 

None of these solved the problem.

 

The Google Play Store says that FC Mobile is compatible with my device.

 

Could you please investigate whether this is a compatibility or touch-input issue between FC Mobile and the OMIX X6?

    Hi there. Could you please check a few things for us?

    • If possible, try logging into the same FC Mobile account on another supported Android device and let us know if the issue happens there as well.
    • Does your OMIX X6 have a screen protector installed, or is any enhanced/high touch-sensitivity setting enabled?
    • Do you use gestures or navigation buttons to move around your device?
    • Also, can you temporarily change your lock screen settings and then test the game?
