Fc mobile Store daily gifts

I can't seem to claim those free daily gifts in the FC mobile Store. Whenever I try l, it always says I'm underage and I registered my account as a 1980. I was wondering if you could help. As soon as you fix the bug may I please get a notification on my email or number phone. Thank you.
