What happens when the bug occurs? the game is stuck loading on "vsa loss" pack and inturn i am unable to claim the pack to continue playing

the bug started after i quit during a vsa match which resulted in a loss which inturn gives a pack after the game but the pack was never claimed that day, next day i log on but there is an update required so i update the game, and log back on to find the "vsa loss" pack on-screen but i couldnt claim it since the game was stuck on the fc traingle loading icon which prohibited me from claiming the pack.
.tysm, this fixed the game for me, i was so worried that i might lose my account! appreciate it man i really do
