In-Match High Ping, Connection Drops & Visual Glitches – FC Mobile 26
Hello EA FC Mobile Team,
I am experiencing a serious and persistent issue in both FC Mobile 25 and FC Mobile 26.
- Stable Ping in Menus:
While in the menu/lobby, ping remains 50–60ms. - Severe Ping Spikes During Matches:
During gameplay, ping suddenly jumps to 150ms, 200ms, or even 230ms.
This causes lag, stuttering, and makes the game unplayable.
The issue occurs in every match, regardless of opponent, mode, or device. - Connection Drops:
Occasionally, I get a “Connection Lost” message, and the game freezes for a few seconds before resuming. - Visual Glitches:
During high ping events, the screen flickers and brightness drops, making gameplay visually unstable. - Impact on Gameplay:
Because of these issues, I cannot play smoothly or competitively, even though my network is stable.
Troubleshooting Already Tried:
- Restarted the app
- Reinstalled the app
- Switched between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Logged in from a different device
Observation:
- The issue occurs in both FC Mobile 25 and FC Mobile 26, indicating it is likely a server-side or game optimization problem rather than a network issue.
Request:
- Please investigate this problem and provide a fix/update.
- The high ping, connection drops, and visual glitches severely affect the gaming experience.
