FC mobile technical error? -train 11 players up to level 20

There is a task where I have to train 11 players upto level 20 and all my active lineup has reached level 20 and the task is still showing incomplete with 9/12 as the progress I don't understand the ...

Hey, just to confirm, have you used training transfer to train on any of the players in your squad?
