Hello, I purchased a Silver Ticket in FC Mobile for 130 CZK. The payment was successfully charged, but I still haven't received the Silver Ticket.

It has now been 2 days since the purchase. I have already restarted the game and checked my inbox, but the item is still missing.

Could you please check my purchase and either add the Silver Ticket to my account or issue a refund?

I can provide a screenshot/receipt of the payment if needed.
