FC model manager mode bug

Hello, I've found two glitches in Manager Mode several times: First, the referee never allows attacks and blows the whistle; second, the goalkeeper's player rating doesn't matter how many saves he makes.The goalkeeper's rating, whether they keep a clean sheet or not, always remains at 6.0 and does not improve in any way, unlike the outfield players.
