FC Points Curtailed

I was purchasing 300 fc point opening on ginga box, it spent 600 fc points, where the hell did my another 300 fc point gone. How come a 300 fc point pack cost 600 fc points?
I had 1030, 
i got one 300 reward, 
balance is 430!

WHY,  I WANT MY FC POINTS BACK
