Fc points not received
On 25th april I purchased fc points pack but I haven't receive the pack. Everytime I try to contact ea they advised to contact ea in-game service.when I contacted them in game nobody response.
Hi there. Sorry to hear your FC Points still have not arrived after your purchase. Transactions can sometimes take up to 24 hours to appear, but your case is now past that window. Please try these steps:
- Fully close FC Mobile and restart your device.
- Reopen the game and check your FC Points balance again.
- Go to FC Mobile - Settings - Customer Service and submit/continue the missing purchase request.
- Attach your proof of purchase, including the transaction ID, purchase date, item name, and amount.
If you have already contacted in-game support and have not received a response, please check your case status if it's still open. It can take up to a couple of days. Missing purchases cannot be reviewed directly from the public EA Forums.
