Fc reedeem voucher missing

I bought two draft voucher worth 3000 diamond and 2000 diamond each but when I went to claim the reward I only had one voucher it is a big disappointment for me from your side if I claimed that I will get any pool b players there is an error and bug in that please compensate with me any reward please please please
