This game and developers and com managers suck and I mean it I don't understand how a highly reported bug just gets ignored and no one cares about fixing it. How can such a easy issue not get fixed in a matter of hours. Multi billion dollar company smh.
100% agree. It’s an absolute disgrace. They keep squeezing us for money and don’t make any effort to provide customer service. It’s beyond insulting. When, on the rare occasion you can get someone from EA to actually acknowledge you the response is purely performative. They say “we listen,” but where is the follow through???
