Feedback regarding unfair Pack Luck and Draft Voucher reward probabilities."

Dear EA Team, I have been constantly spinning a large number of Draft Vouchers and opening packs, but I am consistently getting very low OVR players. It feels extremely unfair when other players pull 122+ OVR items in just one or two spins, while active players get nothing good. Please look into the pack drop rates and reward algorithm for active players. Thank you.
