Festive Fixtures - "On the Road" - Stuck at Nottingham and can't claim reward

Hi, I'm stuck at Nottingham I can't get my reward and move in the event, anyone has a similar problem or a fix ?

It unlocks later, you can see it in the top right corner. The claim previous warning is due to poor design.

I cant move on to the next reward even i got the last one.. need help please its on the road trip section

J'ai le même bug aussi avec mon compte. EAsports ferez-vous quelque chose cette fois pour débloquer et nous compenser? Lors de mon dernier bug, voua aviez rien fait...

Guys the reward section will open again on next Thursday as it shows there are still 3 days left for the reward button to unlock
