I raised the level of the Festive Fixtures badge to the third one, but it doesn't add +1 OVR. I thought it was a visual bug, I logged in, played Division Rivals, created new lineups, but nothing helped.
The screenshots show the composition without the activation of badges and with the activation of two badges, giving +1 OVR

In EA FC Mobile, during the Festive Fixtures event, I have fully upgraded the crest, but I did not receive the promised +1 OVR boost
have tried restarting the game, but the issue still persists.
I kindly request that this issue be investigated and that the +1 OVR boost be applied to my account.

I equipped the Gold Celebration Matches Badge in FC Mobile, but my OVR did not increase.
My OVR without the badge is 120, and after equipping it, nothing changed.
I tried restarting the game, but the issue still exists.

I encountered an issue in FC Mobile where I applied the Gold Celebration Matches Badge to my team, but my overall rating did not increase as expected.
Issue Details:
- Overall rating before applying the badge: 120
- Overall rating after applying the badge: No change
- Badge type: Celebration Matches (Gold)
- Date of the issue: January 15, 2026
I restarted the game and made sure all changes were saved, but the issue still persists. I have attached screenshots showing the badge and the overall rating before and after applying it.
Please investigate this issue and compensate me if there is a technical error.

I have problem with my Festive Fixture badge, My badge actually is max level but i didn't get the +1 ovr.
I tried everything but nothing change, it's big problem for me because i need this to push my rival division.

I maxed out the Festive Fixture badge yesterday, but it doesn't add "+1 OVR" to my OVR. Please fix this. I've already spent a lot of coins to max out this badge.
I got my festive fixture badge maxed out yesterday. But it is not adding "+1 ovr" in my ovr. Similarly other players from my league are also facing same issue on this regard. Fix it up. I used a lot of coins to get this badge maxed out.
