Hey there. If you are having any trouble with your purchase in FC Mobile, please start with the following steps first:
- Restart the game and your device
- Check your purchase history in the store you used (Google Play / App Store) to confirm the payment shows as completed and not pending or cancelled.
- Make sure date and time are correct on your device
- Make sure your region is set correctly
- Give it some time, as the purchase may still be processing.
If the item still hasn’t arrived after that, you’ll need to reach out to the in-game support team with as much detail as possible. The team can safely check your account and help with missing purchases.
