So sick of this crap. My ping more than doubles (STILL) in at least 50% of my H2H games all because I’m matched with someone half a world away. It’s a nice idea EA, this business of anyone can play anyone anywhere, but the gameplay experience is total trash. Once the ping climbs above 40ms (which is OFTEN) it’s nearly Impossible to win a match because all of your inputs are executed a beat late. Try it yourselves and tell me I’m wrong. It’s absolutely infuriating. I’m sure I’m not alone when I say I’d far rather wait a few more seconds (or minutes) in order to get a match in my region so that I can actually enjoy the gameplay rather than participate in a farce.

I've said a long time ago, that unless you are at the TOP TOP, the H2H should be regionalised as much as possible,

Agreed. Very practical solution that would improve play for he vast majority and still allow the top 1% to battle it out long distance if they must. But for goodness sake, EA, just let the rest of us enjoy a decent match for once! Is it too much to ask?

Anytime someone from EA wants to step up and reply with an explanation as to why they think this is all OK I’ll stop posting, but until then…
This type of lag/latency is ruining the competitiveness of more than half of H2H matches. My normal ping is 24ms. It doubles (and nearly triples) all the time in H2H play. The only conclusion we can draw from EA’s continued silence on this issue is that it simply DOES NOT CARE about our matchplay experience. If I’m wrong about that I’d be more than happy to receive a reply and an explanation as to why we must regularly suffer through un-winnable matches.
