Chronic Division Rivals Loading & Timeout Issue on iOS iPad

I am contacting you regarding a chronic issue in Division Rivals that I have been experiencing on my iOS iPad for months. This problem is wasting my time and making the game completely unplayable for me. Every time I manage to rank up, I am forced to drop back down because of this error, turning the ranking grind into absolute torture.

I want to emphasize that this is NOT the general server issue you might currently be working on. This is a specific, months-long bug: In Division Rivals, whenever a match is found, the team captains do not appear on the screen. The game gets stuck on the loading screen and eventually gives a timeout error.

In the past, the optimization for iPads was already terrible—the game used to lag in menus and during VS Attack. Now, on top of that, this loading bug is driving me insane.

Fix these issues immediately. I expect a permanent solution and an urgent response regarding this situation.
