Fix H2H Matchmaking to Address Latency/Lag

Don't worry, I play with 11 ms and the gameplay is crap. I am getting late equalisers, goals that don't make sense. Everytime I score a goal the opponents score, I have matches where I can't take the ball out of my own half untill the opponents score and so on and I am stuck at 17 stars.
