Tradable players from rewards are all untradable....everyone else is experiencing same issue...I refuse to play your game and claim rewards when you haven't fixed this...when I mentioned this you tried to blame my device instead of your own services. I want all my packs compensating...we don't spend money on a game to try keep up with ur promos for to shaft us like this. From legendary 5 all the way to legendary 2...per division that's 3-4 player packs per div so 3-4 ×3 is 9-12...so I'm due that in tradable packs as compensation.

Same for me. I went up from legend 5 to legend 1 and only got ultravékplayers. We want compensation

Known issue, already raised with the dev team and acknowledged on the FCM official Discord channel in the bugs section. You need to wait for the official comms and a potential fix.
Furthermore, this issue has already been reported by several users, so there is no need for you to create yet another thread about the same problem. Basic forum etiquette, follow the main thread.

Not everyone's very good with technology, so I don't know how to follow main thread...secondly I'm doing what EA requested and that's create a post and loom for others to upvote....so your comments not needed really.

This has got nothing to do with technology, mate. It's a simple matter of scanning threads or using the search button on the page to see if anyone has the same problem as you before posting. That's hardly different from using a web search engine.
