I've said a long time ago, that unless you are at the TOP TOP, the H2H should be regionalised as much as possible,
Agreed. Very practical solution that would improve play for he vast majority and still allow the top 1% to battle it out long distance if they must. But for goodness sake, EA, just let the rest of us enjoy a decent match for once! Is it too much to ask?

Anytime someone from EA wants to step up and reply with an explanation as to why they think this is all OK I’ll stop posting, but until then…
This type of lag/latency is ruining the competitiveness of more than half of H2H matches. My normal ping is 24ms. It doubles (and nearly triples) all the time in H2H play. The only conclusion we can draw from EA’s continued silence on this issue is that it simply DOES NOT CARE about our matchplay experience. If I’m wrong about that I’d be more than happy to receive a reply and an explanation as to why we must regularly suffer through un-winnable matches.

Just another day in the life of a miserable FC Mobile user. My squad was far superior to my opponents, but the lag was impossible to overcome. Had several glitches where the game actually froze for a beat before jumping ahead. The rest of the time I was arm wrestling the AI because the lag was so bad that it kept trying to move my players for me. That’s how my opponent scored all three of his goals (because I couldn’t move my defenders). A simply miserable gaming experience. And none of it is necessary! I’m playing in the late afternoon in the western US when there ought to be abundant numbers of users in close proximity to match me with. But the algorithm is broken. Utterly stupid. Everyday I experience more than one H2H match like this. What is EA doing? Asleep at the wheel. 😒😡

Four out of five H2H matches just like this today. My ping (24ms) more than doubles and I lose to a team with an OVR that’s FOUR less than mine (110 vs 114). It’s utterly ridiculous. It’s not like I’m playing at 3am when the only other people awake are half a world away. I’m playing at mid-day on a Saturday when there shouldn’t be any problem matching me with someone locally so that neither of us has to contend with outrageous lag.
You guys are live streaming this event from Shanghai, but what about the rest of us? Our daily experience is miserable and EA has the power to fix it but refuses. How is that supposed to make us feel anything but outraged?
