Fix league Cooldown

No one should be put on cooldown for being removed from Leagues for no reason. No response from customer service because they’re worthless anyway. I can’t do anything about getting kicked out of more than one league, within a day, for no reason. I should be able to contribute to a league. I didn’t do anything to be punished. Fix this issue.
