Missing FC Points after Purchase – Transaction Processed but Points Not Credited
I purchased FC Points Offer 20 for 159.99 AUD on 21 August 2025 through Google Play. The payment shows as completed in Google Play and my bank account, but the FC Points have not been added to my FC Mobile account. I already tried restarting the app and device, checked that I did not accidentally use the points, and confirmed that the correct EA and Google accounts are linked. The bigger issue is that I cannot create a support ticket in game. When I select Customer Service from the settings menu it only redirects me to the EA Help website. There is no option to create or submit a case directly in game. I also tried live chat but no advisor has responded for days. The expected result is that purchased FC Points should be credited immediately, and the in game Customer Service should allow me to create a support case tied to my account. The actual result is that the FC Points are missing, ticket creation does not work in game, and support chat has not responded. This prevents me from accessing purchased content and from getting proper help through the intended support path.
