Fix the Achievement Quests bug

Many content creators have been sharing bugs where they can get 20,000 gems and two free jersey kits when logging into the current new event, but I'm not getting that bug.

Please fix this bug, as not everyone gets this bug, and at least please reward at least 3000-5000 gems and/or mascheranos as compensation for those who don't get it.
