I’m writing to report a serious issue that happened recently. I did not start a match, yet the game automatically started one even after I pressed “cancel.” The worst part is that this match, which I never started, was counted as a loss, causing me to lose a star and drop in rank.

When I checked the match history, that loss didn’t even appear — which clearly shows something went wrong. In short: the game started a match without my permission, I lost without playing, and still got punished for it.

Also, some in-game situations seem completely unrealistic. For example, Alisson from Liverpool saved a Vinícius Jr. shot going at 180 km/h. How is that even possible? Physically, the player’s arms should’ve been gone at that speed!

Please investigate this issue and restore my lost star or rank position, since the defeat was clearly not my fault.
