Follow-up: 500M Coins Deducted – Player Not Received

I am following up on my previous ticket regarding a market purchase issue.

I attempted to buy Cristiano Ronaldo from the FIFA Mobile market. During the purchase, an error message occurred. As a result, 500,000,000 coins were deducted from my account, but the player was not added to my inventory.

It has now been over 1.5 hours, and the issue has not been resolved yet.

I kindly ask you to prioritize this case and either add Cristiano Ronaldo to my account or refund the full 500,000,000 coins as soon as possible.
