Football Centre & UCL players

Hi. Football Centre & UCL players are missing from extra time token exchange list. Is this a bug or is it something permanent? Cause if its (permanent), 2 more events become useless.

Did not get the rewards after completing the toty iltra attacker crazy challenge. I scored 2 goals with CAM Cryuff and 1 goal with Viera and a goal by Gullit. But did not get the rewards.
