Footyverse chapter 111 player reward not opening

I tried to claim the 3500 tokens 111 ovr player exchange but when I try to exchange it, I can't do the exchange. Theres always Unknown Error. Whats the solution for this?
I have 3500 Footyverse Tokens and claimed all Supply Depot rewards. 111 OVR pack is still locked even after many days
I had already send a complaint about this. I have 3.5k footyverse token but when I try to buy the 111 player (which the button is greyed out), it shows error 10000. Pls fix this, EA_Mio or any manger who can resolve it.

I also have the same problem. It is definitely not device issue, I'm experiencing it on my android phone and iPad on the same account.
I contacted customer service on both devices and they cannot do anything about it.
It is very disappointing cos I have worked hard to claim the final 111ovr player.
In the end, I had to spend all those tokens on the useless claw machine which doesn't even get me anything.
I'm seriously thinking of stopping to play this game now.
