Footyverse pug

Dear ea team I really love this game and prefer it to other games because it is more realistic and fun but sometimes it got crashed for example this week I had two problems with trying to play the machine in the footyverse section and I lost 1000 points without playing it because the game sent me off and when I entered again i had been lost my points withe playing it so please fix this pug soon.
