To the EA Sports Support Team,

I am writing to report a serious technical issue/glitch I encountered during a recent match.

Match Details:

Issue: Game freeze and unfair match result.

Description:

The opponent scored the first goal early in the match. I managed to equalize (1-1) before the 40th minute. Immediately after my goal, the screen froze (as shown in the attached screenshot). A few moments later, the game disconnected me, and the match ended prematurely.

Result Discrepancy:

Even though the score was 1-1 when the freeze occurred, the final match result was recorded as a 1-0 loss for me. This is highly unfair as the game did not allow the full duration of the match to be played and ignored my goal.

I have attached a screenshot of the frozen screen for your reference. I request you to investigate this match and, if possible, correct the rating points lost or take action if this was caused by an exploit from the opponent's side.

    Sorry this happened — I know that’s really frustrating.

    We can’t manually change match results or refund points after a disconnect/freeze. If you think the opponent exploited something, please report them in-game so the team can investigate. If problems like these will happen more often, let us know. 

    Also, for safety, please don’t post your UID publicly on the forum.
