Force close in Infinix hot 40 pro

Hello EA Sports Team, I am using Infinix Hot 40 Pro with 8GB RAM and Android 13 (XOS 13). My game keeps showing "FC Mobile keeps stopping" every time I try to open it or during the loading screen. I have tried clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and resetting my device, but the problem persists. Please fix the optimization for Helio G99 chipset on XOS 13. Thank you.
