Formal Appeal - Account Suspension

Hello,My EA SPORTS FC Mobile account has been temporarily suspended for 672 hours due to error code 0x00102710. I would like to formally appeal this decision as I have never used any third-party software, cheats, or automated tools.Recently, I have been experiencing severe Wi-Fi network instability and frequent disconnections from my internet service provider during matches.
