I am writing this to express my absolute outrage at how technical bug reporting is handled here. For weeks, I have provided detailed CPU logs documenting a severe AI-related optimization bug. Instead of a professional technical review, I have faced nothing but scripted dismissals.
Today, I reached my limit:
Live Support Negligence: Agent Karunesh P abruptly closed our chat session because I insisted on an escalation.
Generic Scripts: Agent Alvin ignored raw technical data and sent me amateur YouTube links, claiming this is the 'highest level of support'.
