France player got no +1 ovr

This thing has happened with me with 3 players of football centre. The players i remember were zaire emery and kovacic. These both players won their matches but they didn't get +1 ovr on their card of football centre. I want refund for it or something else for it because I didn't get the football centre points for it. I received a huge loss. Pls look into it.

France won and I have been waiting for Zair Emry to get +1 ovr but even today he did not get +1 😭. Please resolve.

Hi there. Thanks for checking in on this! You will just need to hold on a little bit longer and wait for the next upgrades to these items. Thanks for your patience in the meantime!
