Frequent H2H Disconnects in India – Network Problem (Orange) 0x03000000

Hello EA Team,

I am facing frequent disconnections in H2H mode despite having a stable 5G internet connection.

Region: India

Game Mode: H2H (Head to Head)

Platform: Android

Game UID: [removed]

During online matches, the game suddenly shows “Connection lost – reconnecting” and then disconnects me completely with the error: “Network Problem (Orange) 0x03000000”.

This results in an automatic loss and loss of ranked stars, even though my internet is stable and working perfectly in other apps and games.

This issue happens very often, especially during peak hours, and makes ranked grinding extremely frustrating and unfair.

I have attached screenshots showing the disconnect error during live matches. Please investigate this issue on the server side and provide a fix.
